Gray Matter Creations (GMC) website maintenance time is used after your site launches - maintenance is used to keep your site updated with fresh content you request - these updates may include:
- Adding/replacing images
- Adding/replacing textual content
- Adding a new content page
- Adjusting navigation for new pages/content
- Updating e-commerce store products
- Technical troubleshooting (if your site is not hosted with us)
- Registrar (ie. GoDaddy, Network Solutions, etc.) troubleshooting
Maintenance time does not include (these would be quoted as a project):
- Design changes
- Custom programming
- Implementing new features (ie. e-commerce store, blog, etc.)
Website maintenance costs can be billed per hour or purchased in bundles of time - called "Maintenance Packages". Our per hour rate is $90/hour. You can save costs by purchasing a maintenance package - the more time purchased, the more savings.
Available Maintenance Packages:
- Package #1 - 5 hours - $85/hour - package cost total $425
- Package #2 - 10 hours - $80/hour - package cost total $800
- Package #3 - 15 hours - $75/hour - package cost total $1125
- Package #4 - 20 hours - $70/hour - package cost total $1400
- Package #5 - 25 hours - $65/hour - package cost total $1625
Things to know:
- All maintenance packages are non-refundable
- All maintenance time (if any remains) expires 1 year after purchase
